Our Tradition – Our Toffee – Our Legacy
Jeanne Cheatum’s confectionery skills began back in the 1950’s as she diligently and lovingly made a variety of candies from her kitchen for the holidays. Her English Toffee was the most sought after. Plates of her delicious treats were given to the mail man, milk man, neighbors, friends, businesses and of course her family.
Jeanne and her husband of almost 60 years, reared 6 children. Jeanne had a heart to give, was busy attending to her children and yet found time to be creative in the kitchen – a gift from God!
